GWAZE LIMITED undertake borehole drilling projects i.e. solar and hand pump boreholes, the business activities are focused on providing services that include borehole drilling and servicing, installation of borehole pumps, installation of water tanks, design and implementation of irrigation systems etc.

GWAZE LIMITED has undertaken a lot of drilling works in Africa and has drilled in all geological formations making it “the company” with the largest database in the region. Drilling of boreholes, Dredging, Dams construction and installation of overhead tanks and water reservoir, construction and installation of irrigation facilities, structural water works, pipeline design and fitting, Geophysical and hydraulic conductivity studies, aquifer analysis, borehole development, pump test, installation and maintenance works, flood control and routing, water analysis, etc.

Since inception in the Company has undertaken a lot of water drilling contracts in Africa. Drilling through various Geological formations Metamorphic, Volcanic and sedimentary range. Managed by experienced Geoscientist and in collaboration with Engineers from relevant authorities and institutions.

One with immense success are pumps supply and installation, borehole cleaning and small scale irrigation systems. Solar power adaptation has also seen increased growth. A lot of installation done for solar pumps and accessories has created a firm indication that the future lies with solar system as a source of energy.

Supply of Office Furnitures

Stage 1 Geological Survey The initial step is to undertake a geological survey to determine the depth of the aquifer, good drinkable water and long lasting one. This is the feasibility work which will reveal the water level and rock basement which will enable us achieve a perfect work.

STAGE 2: We drill between 35-100 meters depending on the geological survey report showing the water level and basement rock. The basement rock does not pose much challenge as we have the needed equipments to ensure success of the exercise.

STAGE 3: Drilling, casting, development and installation. Etc.

STAGE 4: Mechanical & Plumbing Work, DPC waste piping, water supply, channel piping, connections at input and out nut pipes.

HYDROGEOLOGICAL/GEOPHYSICAL SERVICES:

The company has carried out investigations for a number of clients to identify fresh water bearing zones (aquifers) and to recommend suitable drilling sites. Our sound professionals using the versatile ABEM TERRAMETER 300C surface geophysical equipment acquire geophysical data. Here, data interpretation in computer-aided using appropriate software packages. Drilled boreholes are logged using state-of-the-art digital systems to locate aquifers and provide proper casing and screening details for optimum yield.

SOLAR POWERED BOREHOLE DRILLING:

The company has drilled a number of functional boreholes for clients across the country. We own two deep borehole-drilling rigs – An Ingersol Rands ‘IR TH-60 and A Gardner Denver ‘l50’ – and maintain a crop of experienced drilling crew as well as maintenance contracts with many agencies and Companies.

PUMPS:

We have been specifying, supplying, installing and servicing electric submersible and mechanical hand pumps in our client‘s boreholes. Where necessary the company also specifies and installs various types of solar pumps as well as surface I ejector pump for our clients.

WATER TREATMENT PLANTS:

In this area of high specialization, the company operates in association with some reputable water treatment firms GWAZE LIMITED For the design, fabrication/assembly and installation of the finished water treatment units for small schemes. For larger schemes, we design, contract and install easy maintain slow sand filtration plants as may be required.
